Hydra-Flex Inc. (HFI) Rotating Nozzles are not like any rotating turbo nozzle you have seen before. These nozzles were designed not as competition to existing turbo nozzles, but to REPLACE the competition. Precision machined with tungsten carbide wear surfaces, for incredible wear resistance and long life. Reclaim water is no problem. Each nozzle is tuned to the optimal RPM for precise cleaning ability. All nozzles can be rebuilt to extend their life even longer. Retrofit nozzles are available for Water Wizard, Sonny’s Omni Blaster, Sonny’s Omni Spinner/Pedulum, and MacNeil Magnum.

 

Hydra-Flex Impact 324 Rotating Nozzle

The Impact series of zero degree rotating nozzles are specifically designed for your car wash. These nozzles provide a 24-degree spray angle with a zero-degree water stream for maximum impact and improved cleaning compared to other nozzles. Impact series nozzles are available in brass for lower cost or in stainless steel for better corrosion resistance.

 

Hydra-Flex Hydra-Shock 330 Rotating Nozzle

The Hydra-Shock series of zero-degree rotating nozzles are specifically designed for your car wash. These nozzles provide a zero-degree water stream with a 30-degree spray angel for improved coverage an cleaning compared to other nozzles. Hydra-Shock series nozzles are available in brass for lower cost or in stainless steel for better corrosion resistance.

 

Hydra-Flex Blast-Tec Pro 324 Rotating Nozzle

The Blast-Tec Pro 324 has been designed specifically for your heavy-duty car wash applications. These long-lasting nozzles will handle up to 1,000 PSI and provide a zero-degree straight water stream with a 24-degree angle of coverage. This design provides greater impact and superior cleaning compared to other nozzles.
